horned 200 block
has anybody run a horn on a stock ported 200 block like a super stock motor but with a horn get a extra front and efi system thought about finding a 200 block and putting this on along with adjustable fuel pressure reg lean it down till its right and have a nice riding motor

I've built a couple of them with good results, but they have always been ported. getting ready to do 2 more for a 24 skater, and going from carb to horn efi on these. be interesting to see what the difference is just by adding horn efi.

yeah i know people talk highly of super stock motors this should run as well if not better i would think and with the stock 200 ports it should be strong bottom end great for big prop and riding

there seemed to be a lot of problems finding the small bearing EFI front now days or for me anyway

thats the great part i have a small bearing front and 260 crank for a 260 that trashed the block

Ran an old chrome 2.4 200 for years on an XB2002,A38 analog ECU and 30 cc heads. Very good bottom end and super reliable.

dont have a stock 200 ecu plus limiter i was gona use a drag box or a extra acu i got

Im running a stock chrome 2.4 with case injection and
down draft horn. Runs great no issues at all.

yeah i member the welded up one you got from racer and boy is stuff right that boy got some stuff in your old shop stacked to the ceiling

Just finished one last year for my friends stv, runs well over a 100mph and has killer bottom end with 145 lbs heads and a 40 psi box and regulator. We couldn't find a small bearing 2.5 at the time so we used a 2.4 that I machined to fit and runs great. Jeff
