Thanks everyone, I was sitting here freezing with nothing to do and thought I would play show and tell a little...lol
I am going to paint a bright silver metallic stripe down the side just like it originally had, but I cannot decide about the pinstripes that went alongside the original. I can do one of five things:
1: paint the pinstripe silver like it was
2: paint the pinstripe a bright orange and mist it into the silver to kinda blend it
3: paint the pinstripe a bright apple green and mist it into the silver to kinda blend it
4: don't put the pinstripes around the big silver stripe
5: paint the pinstripe silver like it was and then outline all the stripes with a highlight color.

The shop where I am painting it is a sign shop where the guy does old school pin striping by hand and paints motorcycles and stuff...so he has tons of ideas to make it pop out there and grab yer eyes!

Check out the pics in my photo album, they show the original stripe layout. I am leaning towards the silver with orange pinstripe myself. I have vinyl samples I can puton the boat and take a pic...lemme see about that real quick like..hehe

ID:	290993The orange is really much more bright and 'orangy' than the picture seems to show. More like the left end of the stripe.

    So, orange or green?
