We should have a 40 amp flywheel here shortly for a buddys promax i am doing, They look very nice i beleive if they work rt he will be very busy building these for everyone with a 40amp or 16amp mercury the 40 amp weighs the same as a stock mercury alum flywheel and the magnets won;t break who wouldn;t want 40 amp changeing and not gain weight it;s a no brainer unless you only use the boat for all out racing. You will need a 40amp stator, and the 2 voltage regulators that go with it. Same power packs and coils, but they will be mounted in new location from old. Jeff

Lighter and also give you a 40 amp charging system that keeps your battery charged at all times a must if you run a bib pump in the boat and do long runs or a sterio or anything else that draws juice, it;s a win win on a river running boat have the best of both worlds good charging and still lite flywheel on your crank i think for anyone that is just straight out racing the stock is fine or go with the lighter balanced flywheels that are out there or one of jeffs new 16 amp flywheels there are alot of good flywheels out there now, but this 40 amp deal is something i have been looking for for awhile, Think it;s gonna be a big seller for you jeff.
