Help with Signature and avatar

User Control Panel, where is it and how do I get there to change my avatar and/or add a signature? I feel stupid but I can't find it.

Left side the screen, go down to "Settings" and click that first.. Also go to "my profile" its all there...

Web site has issues right now, avatar gets shrunk down real small if you attempt to change it.

You'd think for the money I pay as a Supporting Member yearly I'd get a bigger one than this..................

I realize it's not an earth shaking problem but does anybody out there in control care at all about this ????????????
