The episode was Mirror Image, season four. The Talon with twin Bridgeports enters the show at the very end, with Crockett shooting somebody, then taking off in the boat. What was cool about this show (in addition to a Talon being used) is that the real sound of the Bridgeports was kept, and the studio didn't overdub big block offshore-sounding exhaust for the boat, like they did with almost all other outboard-powered boats in the show.

I wonder what the fate of this boat was...
