I buffed out my Liberator using 3M Marine Finesse-It II Glaze. After it was finished I thought I would try a small spot on the factory plastic 260 cowl. I did a small spot by hand and it came out looking like new. I finished the rest of the cowl using a random orbital buffer with a white foam pad and the 3m compound. It looks like new again.
Like Tony said, it is not hard to do and you will be impressed with the results.
