We had a Stroker set up with a 300 Mariner running 104/105. We were doing set up and prop testing. With a normal set up would run in the mid 90,s. Boat was a pleasure to drive and one of the best rough water boats I have driven.

Here's one of the tunnel hull prototypes during test/tune, they've been into the 1 teens, with the lite weight, but jay and brent know how to drive, maybe Brent will come back to the boards soon and give us an update.

Well I woulda never thought this thread would have taken off like this but I guess there are a lot more of us that have a place for the fast bass sleds like me. Ain't nothing better to me than a sunrise run, cool air and slick water and up on pad running to that first bite. Anyways back to our scheduled programming.
Has anyone got a pic or 2 of the Lightining hull. I know there made and someone has to have bought one. Lol I been trying to hunt down my deceased buddy's Prosecutor with the 225 PM on it to get a better pic for everyone. Loved fishin n runnin this boat. Ain't many 20' bass sleds that run low to mid 80's tourney loaded. Those of you that have some pics of the boats like we been talkin bout please post up a pic or 2. Varmint sho us that beautiful stream basser of yours.Laser 1550 ...under construction with a serious weight loss

Anyone remember the first Legends to hit the water. I read somewhere they got into trouble with Bullet bass boats. Apparently when the splashed the mold they didn't change them enough to keep them out of court. Anyways they where supposed to run pretty good

I thought those older legends were the same hull as Bullet. Had a friend who owned one back in the day when I had my 17' 7" Glastron basser & told him so. He thought I was crazy. At least now I know I wasn't seeing things, lol. The newer Legends are a very cool rig too but it takes more power to push em. I think the Alpha 21 does low 70's with a 250.

Yeah originally they ran pretty well. The new ones are very heavy as in like a Ranger but like a Ranger they do very well in bad water.
