WOW!!! been there...done that...I lived in NMBch at the time, the next day I drove my boat down south, can't imagine the destruction , all the trashed boats jammed up under the bridges and in peoples back yards, what a disaster...how time fly's had wind gusts over 200 mph, hope we don't see another one any time soon...not so happy ANIVERSITY ANDREW

Funny thing we lived up in the panhandle at Keaton beach some people moved up after the hurricane that year he had an older dodge that looked really good paint wise and her car was an older Volvo same way I asked about the truck and he said they had lived down there Andrew hit and it had destroyed the paint and dinged it up said they had just got them back out the shop when he moved up well then in march 93 that's when the no name storm hit up here tidal surge around 9 feet 100 mph winds freezing rain and snow flurries watched his cars and ours for that matter float right out the yard scary night for sure our house was in the air water came about 6-8inches from floor boards 10 people died in our area scary night
