Hydrostream vking yt with 2.4 225
I have a v king yt with a 2.4 225 with 187to 1 bobs lu 6 inch set back jack with a mazco chleaver 15x30 turns it 5900 at 84 mph I don't like handling an blowout with this prop any help on a better prop An not so big lightning et maybe?

I found with mine that a cleaver will get you the top end, if you could find a 28 it may be a better prop. How high are you running it?
The cleaver does completely change the ride at top end though much looser on the water.

I liked the mazco re3 on mine it was a 14.5x30

I don't know anything about them I've always run chopper mines a mazco 2180b whatever that is I bought motor an it was on it where do you have yours set at

Haven't owned the boat now for about three years but I want to say it was around 1 1/2 Inchs above the pad. I had a hydraulic jack plate so I adjusted on the fly until it felt right.

What color is you boat? What year?
