Buying a enclosed trailer from South Carolina
I'm Buying a used enclosed trailer from South Carolina, and live in Florida. SC trailers don't have tags, or titles. buying from a auction, which states it will come with a bill of sale. Should I be worried?

Call your DMV or check their website. The one thing I can tell you is make sure you have a valid bill of sale.

I brought one up from SC to Toronto, Ontario.
Never had a problem, but was sweating it all the way back.
No tickets, and no problems at the border.
If you have a good bill of sale, it will be up to the particular officer to take mercy on you.

If you got to a Florida DMV (tag office ) they will print you up all the paper work on there letter head . Have the seller fill in there portion , and bring it bact to Florida DMV . This way , you can't got wrong .

I bought a Pace American enclosed trailer from a individual in NC and titled it in Florida with a bill of sale. You will need to take it to a certified scale and have it weighed.
