My first houseboat was a "Registered Yacht" it was a 1964 Drifter cruise. Under the front on the Bulkhead it had drill points spelling out the name "BINKY"....Now that was bad MoJo!!!!

NO-NO-NO! I did underwater photography documenting ships for over 25yrs all over this planet. One thing that I saw was that a LOT of the contempory wrecks had changed their name at some time before going down!----Don't join that ELITE club!!!!. Gary

I wondered the same thing. I rebuilt my hydrostream from the bottom up and gave it a name. I never saw a name on it before so it should be ok.

If you don't like the name, just remove it and don't call it anything. Thats not changing the name...right?

Round here the naming or re-naming ritual is taken quite seriously. King Neptune is an angry, merciless god. Best to appease him by performing the ceremony.

Speaking of 'pease' I'd never heard about having a virgin piss on the bow. But would gladly serve as witness ...

Well, you know why the Polish navy has glass bottom boats..... because the renamed all of the boats in the old navy............
