Hey guys I have been working with a 17v bullet for a while now. It has a 1985 150 Johnson hanging off the back with a bob's nose cone. I recently got a custom hydrodynamics 8in rapid jack magnum jackplate with a prejack of 6in(got it in red because...I could). It has a minn kota edge 40lb on the front and two everstart 94 series batteries. I have 2 props for it, a 28p raker and a 27p srx chopper. So far my numbers with the chopper are 67mph at 5500 rpms 1/4in below pad (pedal still had a good bit to go and I'm going to get the prop worked up to a 28) but that hull loves running with the chopper. The takeoff is terrible and doubt I could get out of the hole with a full load, but some work should help it bite better and get on plane faster. The Raker is 1/2 below the pad with 2 holes plugged and doesn't run quiet as smoothly as the chopper, but it is pretty nice with a fishing load. So far I have only gotten it up to 65 at maybe 4700-4900rpms.
