Mercury Promax 300 HP Heads
Have 3 pair of heads removed from my 2000 Promax 300 motors. Number 6 on 1 head had a nut or screw go through it and it put some "chinks" in the squish band. Some emery or weld and machine will easily repair. There is a picture of this and I am adjusting the price on this pair of heads.
The heads were machined by Taylor Marine and machine. Cranking compression went from stock in the mid teens to mid 120's. There were no detonation problems with unleaded premium.
Price $225/pair, $175 /pair with damaged head,plus shipping.
