CLE case water pressure/volume solution.
I thought I would share what i found to be an issue with the case I had and also a few cases my buddys have.
The intake grate passages leading into the .5 dia hole that leads up to the water transfer/side covers are very
restricted. I opened the passages on my case to .421 from .25 i also found on my case that the holes were only
half way drilled into the .5 dia hole leading up to the transfer covers.
After running the boat all weekend I have 5 psi at 25 mph and 22 psi at 100 mph with plenty of volume
from idle on up to WOT. my engine now cycles between 130-150 degrees on the gauge which was backed up
by my temp gun.
This solution worked for me.
Dago.

I can back up what he is saying as I was there when the bore scope went down the water passage. The holes from the bottom barley reached the large passage coming down from the top. They basically missed hitting it dead center with their tooling. We should have taken pics of the bore scope image.
I would bet there are a LOT of CLE's like this.13' Biel tunnel AKA "Flight Risk"
