    150 Pro XS operating temp

Just got a 150 Pro XS and went thru break-in last week. Temps seem to be about 150-160 after a little bit of running time to warm up. Is this normal? thank you

Thermostats open at 145* so 150-160 is normal idling. I think overheat is around 180*. Temp should go down when you're on plane. I would recommend adding a MercMonitor so you won't be flying blind.

Thanx Dan....I have a temp gauge and it builds up to about 160* at WOT, and 140*ish at idle. I was thinking 160* was high but maybe not
