Is this the stock ally prop? i had a 80s 25 merc on my cub which had the stock prop and im sure it went much quicker then 26mph.
Im sorry i cant help you with finding a prop as im from australia but id sugest ebay maybe?
And id personally go with the 16 over a 13.
What do you use your cub for?

Hi Paul. You can get a SST prop for that engine, with the newer 25 HP engines we would run a 15p, not sure of your setup but if you need any help let me know. Rich 941-720-0710

With the stock prop on my 25merc we were getting faster then that. Have you played with engine hight? Do u have trim? We would find if i went out with the motor in the 5th hole it would just cavitate like hell. Maybe try less trim.

This week tried 10×13 pitch cupped prop & replaced ignition points running smoother , but still only 28 mph @ 5300 rpm.
