    Looper Carburetor Question Epoxied Body?

    Can someone explain to me why the body of the carburetor would be epoxied and what benefit if any there would be?

    People stuff the bowls to keep the fuel where it needs to be on holeshot. Usually used for drag racing. Mine were stuffed on my lake motor it wont hurt anything.
