Nothing succeeds like excess!!!!!! Since I'm having issues with my truck, we can just hook my boat up behind yours.... Give you an opportunity to excersize all that torque..
Seriously.. That's a cool truck..

Bob - If some is good, more is better, and too much is never enough I wonder how the U joints in the steerable rear axle would have reacted to that much torque?

Its probably a real good thing I didnt get the four wheel steering. Even with Onstar and warranty, its still no fun sitting on the side of the road

Very handy when the ramp gets slippery.
( Tires are filled with windshield washer fluid). Stereo is so so. About 300 hrs.

Maybe, but you got me
on comfort and speed. Nothing covers all the bases. GM has always made the best trucks. Have owned all makes and GM ( Chev) has always been the most reliable and easiest to service. Didn't know you could chip them, but why not? Thought about doing it in my car, but was pretty pricey for the 50 hp they promised. Nice truck.

BB, hey I have a customer that has a crew-cab 6.6 4x4 and run 12.4 in the quarter mile. that is awesome!! When he takes off hard he has to put it in to 4wd so that he will not spin the tires as much. Also don't worry about the 4-wheel steering, as of right now they only put them on the 1500 truck and the 2500 surburban.

Well my 4" exaust is on now...
and as soon as it gets nice out. I will wash it again and shoot a video of the hole shot. Man, to run 12's is real nuts. I gained over 100 HP but I would have to say mine would be in the low 15's

12.4 in the quarter....... In a 6000 lb. diesel truck?? Not calling you a liar, but that's pretty hard to believe.. You'd probably need 700hp.....

I have the exact same truck......same year, color and most of the same mods. My truck just turned 126K and to date, I have changed the battery,alternator,A/C switch and water pump. It's the BEST vehicle I've ever owned........JJim
