    Can I start a '97 omc 225 using the hose bib?

    Can I start a '97 225 omc by using the hose bib ?Or is it just for flushing?The gearcase has the two lowest water inlets I could put the muff on but I'm worried about the low water pickup sucking to much air and the water pump burning up.Thanks!
