Have a look at this one - those bathing suits sure look comfy, don't they? Photos like these that freeze life always intrigue me. I wonder what happened to all those people, who are all long gone by now. What kind of lives did they lead? How many of those kids ended up in the First World War? Always interesting to think about.

I understand the whole Victorian era thing, but people playing in the ocean dressed like that looks freakin ridiculous.

their kids are the ones wearing jeans, socks and flip flops, fist pumpin tight jeans etc.

My Grandfather was born in 1898 and fought in WW1 infantry. He was 16 when he joined. All those people in that pic are long gone just like my Grandfather.
