Where do you guys run in Sarasota? I have run sarasota bay some, and hug whichever shoreline is the calmest. Gone to the sandbar at the pass also.....Running out of longboat key and put in at the broadway st. ramp most of the time. Never see any little go fast boats....

Well mine hasent been wet in 6 years lol but when im out there I put in at turtle beach launch and run south to venice or north around big pass sand bar or new pass. I also liked ken thompson park ramp at the south end of longboat key. The main ramp down town 10th street is the circus ramp imo People there leave their brains at home some times very busy. North of the ringling bridge gets a lil nasty in the afternoon when the winds are up. I used to like running to longboat pass sand bar when I had the baja 23 outlaw. It cut through the chop great. Not really many lil go fast boats around here anymore. I remember when there was a bunch of actions and streams running around.

Damn!! Thats a sweeet action! Love the million dollar interior LOL!!! And the rear deck is extended it looks like. Very cool. My upholstery is going to look week compared to that interior

Update,

My two front bucket seat shells arrived today from Full Throttle Powerboats. Jack Barsh did an outstanding job on them. They look nice. I went with these because they are a little larger than the Allison shells. My girl friend and I are both 6' tall plus my 20 Action Marine is pretty large compared to the smaller Actions and these seats fit the part much better IMO. Will drop them off at the upholstery shop tomorrow. Its getting closer and im so stoked!!

Love seeing those Actions... Grew up in Ft. Laud and used to see them. Moved to Texas and never see them here... Even though lake boating on a good sized lake (Canyon Lake) just bought a rare hull I stumbled across (Hammond Challenger, first year, low profile and based on Linders Challenger.... Great in chop).... Needed more room and easier time getting kids and guests in and out of water etc., but I have drooled over Actions for years.... Some of the coolest damn boats ever. Simply gorgeous, regardless of the model/size. Some day! Looking forward to more pics, I'll keep the drool bucket handy.
