So Andy finished up the transom and knees this week. We are quite confident the motor will stay put back there. I really want that!! We flipped the deck and out came all the old foam and wood. A new layer of glass is going in to strengthen the underside of the gunnel . Then we get 4 speaker boxes and rigging tubes. By putting the speakers up underneath they should stay dry?? The old deck has seen some better days but this will help strengthen it. The sides of the boat are sanded and ready for primer. Once the transom is filled and sanded the sides will get paiint. Last night we all bench raced around the bar and I think we had the boat haulin ass a few times??

So I have all the stuff collected to rig this thing. Just waitin for the boat? I laid out the console and decided to build the Garmin GPS /fishfinder in so, more glasswork. The dash is going to be done with 3m carbon fiber over plastic- (white) I have the digital I command gauges with blue bezels. These things will give me fuel level, fuel mileage, rpm, temp, everything you want to know on two gauges. Blue steering wheel and blue switch panel. Should look great. I still need to make a bezel for the trim tab switches. I need to pick out a stereo next for this thing. I have seriously bad luck with stereos. Thinking about the Clarion or Fusion. Want to play from an i pod or i phone. They both are water proof heads.

I ordered my i-command gauges also, I got a garmin gps antenna (nema2k) for $60 new, water pressure sender, fuel tank kit, memroy module, power harness, nema starter kit, etc etc. If you want part numbers let me know.
Dont forget the chrome bezel for the I-command. I just ordered 2
