How many boats a year does tuff build?? That 22 progression looks like a good deal.

With Nordic now owning Hallett, you can have your choice of two 21' SOB models for 2020. The SR-21 from Nordic is in the first photo and the Hallett 210 in the second photo. Better brace your checkbook for the 450 hanging on the back.

Yep, attention to detail is impressive. Here's the construction of the Nordic hull and weight on the scale at the factory which varies a little based on layup.

Why is the checkmate 2100 pulsar not on here in the # 3 spot pretty sure wildman Randy had it going 98 on regular basis with the 300xs back in 2010 and 2011 surely it would be a 100mph boat with the new 300R on it

It’s been covered before. It’s not in the same class boat.

If you go through the thread you'll see that this has come up many, many times. The 21 Checkmate may fit the general description for length and power, but it flunks out for rough water ability. Trust me, I've owned Checkmates and worked at a Checkmate dealer. The 21 is not a rough water boat by any stretch of the imagination. That's also the same reason certain other very fast hulls are not included on the list.

Interesting side note. I sold my 20' Checkmate to buy my 22' Progression. My son - who was 4 at the time - started calling the old Checkmate "the bumpy boat" after riding in the Progression.

The tuff21 superboat and intimidator are less than 21.... it really bugs me that the true fastest isn’t on this list for what feels like political reasons
