not only is it as fast as we all claim, it is at 800 feet more altitude and in fresh current free water, than you guys run. If you want to become a believer get your a$$ in a car and drive north, cus none of of care enough. We have lots of challengers, a few progressions, superboats, checkmates, redline, and images up here, everything that you have..... The TUFF smokes them all

For the all the PR that this site gets and all the discussions that happen on this subject, it would be very smart for Tuff to bring one boat down to Long Island for test rides one weekend. I am sure it would generate a sale or two not to mention all the free advertising.

You guys are so competitive with speed that would become the "it" boat. If it does what they say it does.

Why did Intimidation boats die away? They were the fastest and now you hear nothing about them? They were pretty cheap looking at the old ads?

Just remember ...... Speed is very expensive
A tuff 21 with an x motor, trailer , cover , prop has to run at least $ 65,000.00
thats why you don't see to many of them here on the island
People say I'm lazy but it takes all my time

Any of the 21-22s being sold by the time they are rigged are expensive and hard to insure/get a loan.
So you need a guy with a decent amount of extra cash sitting around who wants a little hot rod boat - not many of these guys around

Funny how we all get off track on these threads at time. Remember this thread was asking what 21-24 would run best in "Long Island Sound" waters. This is no lake or calm waters as it has small rollers of up to 1' at the least and 2'-3' more common, so No 21' will ever be able to go full out except occasionally.

I commend James Cole for offering to bring his 'Mint' original 21' Challenger down from Canada to NY and run with us ! Hope it happens.

Or possibly come to the Sagandaga spring run !
