    Maybe you should take a look at Australian built "Bullet 1950". They've been putting up some pretty big numbers and handle the rough stuff pretty well. There is one being raced in the U.S. And they have been making regular training runs, back and forth, to Catalina. For top speed they could give any of the above mentioned a run.

    I like it but looks a bit small. Might not fit into the SOB length rule.
