RBT is the source and I believe has known Blake and his Tuff's for a long time. I suspect you can take 116mph to the bank, again and again.
Word is it's 25' long when you take the tape to it (end to end) or it would sit atop The List. Someone needs to start a thread for 25 footers now that the big V8's are on the scene. Always wondered what it weighed as compared to the 21 Tuff. Amazing V bottoms from our Northern friends.

Seems like Blake is the king of the hill with two boats on this list. I read up on the 24. They put a lot of work into it to make it out run a 21’. Pretty cool stuff.

The tuff 24 has basically obsoleted the 21, last I talked to Mark there is over a year wait list for one. Blake’s tuff 24 is all carbon, it is a few hundred pounds lighter than the glass 24.
The 24 does better in rough water, it accelerates harder and drives better. No sob on this list has a chance against them. Not only is it 24 feet with a ballast tank to obliterate rough water it has Allison speed. Actually other than the race boats it is faster than all Allison pleasure boats.

Tabs that are mounted parallel to the water, not the V of the hull, help to stop the V bottom side to side roll. Mounting the tabs in line with the V seems to help hold the nose down at slower speeds and helps with skiing. I have had boats with tabs mounted both ways and have had zero speed loss after the tabs were installed.

originally, the horizontal tab orientation, started on the oldest OPC racing CheckMates, to help keep the bow from getting too high & blowing over. they then mounted them the same way on customers CheckMates when they optioned the tabs. this began in the late 60's, early 70's.

I can't get this darn 24' boat out of my mind. That is just incredible it will go 116 with one 300XS. Is that with the interior in? Race hatch? I like the ballast tank as well. The Tuff looks like a killer boat.

2 buckets with a bench in the rear, not a race interior pretty normal go fast boat stuff...just a little better looking. Just awesome boats, just went there last week to check them out!!! Got to see them in process and I have to say I cannot wait to get mine even more now!!! Loosing sleep over options and colors lol! I am leaning to a 300x. My friend and I commented after seeing them that the attention to detail on the entire build and design felt very "skater-ish" to us.

It is a Single Outboard, but it's a 24' and thus too big for our current list.
