im in richmond but most of them are in newport news and williamsburg, its about 15 to 20 of us that meet up on the mattaponi river every sat during the summer, The Mattaponi is about 30min east of meckanicsville.

Just an idea cause I'm too far to be involved but y'all may look at duplicating Jay Jackson's rules from the Southern Outlaw Drag boats. That way people could go both places to race or better yet y'all have one final race at the end of the year. Just an idea
