79 17' hydra sports bass
just wondering anyone had this hull, and y from the back it looks so much like a hydrastream, and how much speed does anyone think i mite get its a 79 2.0 liter with a 5 blade 12/1/2 or 13 x 24 pitch prop the older guy i got it from he had been radared at about 70 i dont know if it will do still working on motor these 2 stroke motors are not for sissies! it been kicken on me like bruce lee, anyway any info whould be fun

I saw a Hydra Sport bass boat up the street and I thought the bottom/back looked a lot like a Hydrostream. I looked around on the interwebs to see if there was some collaboration between the the 2 builders and had no luck. I did find this thread linking the boat to a Viper, a Skeeter and even an Allison... interesting.
