dressing the motor up
started to dress up my 2.4 200 carb motor the other day. heres my homemade velocity stacks.

To answer your question in the other thread, you and your boat would LOVE a 260 or a Bridgeport. Check out the powerhead "dez nuts" has for sale right now, and find a lightweight cowl set for it You won't be sorry.

lightweight cowl.......check. needs a lil work but not as much as the block
i have option of a 260 or a 225 promax locally. im leaning hard on the promax

Promax = better longgevity more hours of use

no idea....... motor has been running strong lately and on colder days with no problems. oil ratio 40:1.......good warm up time..........water psi 10-13# under throttle. still i question if it was cooling properly....... popet valve removed and water pressure was read from bottom of block. my plans on changing the cooling lines to 260 style might have been a little too late.
oh well, i didnt have a whole lot tied into the motor. glad it happened out of season.....well out of season as it gets in TEXAS!!81' HYDROSTREAM VECTOR / slightly Modified 200
