i thought the same thing about the flange probably why it took so long
with all the baby taps i was doing every tap moved about 1/16"

Please post contact information for speedy sleeve, where to buy & what size to get for mercury 2.4 offshore propshaft.Thanks, Buz..... I think my shafts are 1.185". Does that sound about right. ...?

Robert's Machine can plasma spray that area or the whole waterpump keyway area. Had mine done by him 2 years ago,looks like new when he is done. Very hard surface and has a high nickle content. Will never rust again. Not even if used in salt water! The 2 seals on the pump base do not even scratch his coating he applies.

Price was $200.00 for the whole area or just the seal area was $150.00. Compare to a new drive shaft! Rember you are still putting a repair sleeve orver a area that is still continuing to rust...

This ^^^ option sounds super appealing to me if the day ever comes that I need it. Does anyone know how to contact them or if they are still in business? I’d like to put it into my address book of repair resources.

SKF 99087 I have bought @ NAPA, but local bearing house usually has them or can get them
