1999 FICHT 150 EMM Failure?
Got the handfull o' 8's and no spark from any. I am almost convinced that the EMM is toast but........... The question revolves around the 4 pin connector to the relay/fuse housing. @ Cranking the White has 14+ volts, the red/pur has 0 volts (static or cranking) the ground, is well, a ground and the solid red has battery voltage. I pressume there is supposed to be voltage on the red/pur, at cranking? Is it EMM controlled? Or is there something else to look at? Stator output maybe?
THXOpportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

can you pull the codes on it. Most take a crap from overheating from clogged circulating system. We have done three so far this year.

The handful of 8's is a dead giveaway that the ECU is bad. It may be intermittent, but it is still bad. Contact DFI technologies for repair info.
The EMM did not come out until the 2000 FICHT model year.
