i actually put the 140 tuner parts on a newer 90. everything fit and worked well. we never did any calibrated baselines but the motor feet stronger and added a few mph. we did not cut the exhaust web on the block, that was one of the differences between the 135/140. never knew there was a difference in the tuner bubble.
