No cabin, just a small storage space.....not really meant to be a family boat.

There really isn't even storage space in a 22 Classic. There is an exposed ski locker in the middle and then two fixed foot rests. It does offer a 24 degree deadrise though. You cannot really even get to the bow area. There are better choices for a go-fast family boat.

Find yourself a Howard 220 Offshore. It has a fully accessible front playpen area and is the same size as the Donzi 22 Classic. Here are two pics.

You could always get yourself a 22' Progression. It's got a variable deadrise pad bottom (starts at 24 degrees) and a small "playpen" area under the deck that's actually quite usable. Oh, and it rides much better and is faster than the Donzi too.
