How fast is your boat?
No BS liars here. Vote in the poll! If you have several boats, vote for the fastest one.

If I took out the 6 speakers (two 6x9's, two 10's in big boxes, two amps,(800 watts, soon to be 1000 watts),cd player, equlizer, carpet, anchor, chilled beverages, paddle etc. mabey I could run a little faster, but then what would I do when parked at the beach or floating and consuming?

Vector @ 90.9
Rich Owen's Vector regularly does 90. His motor is a 98 150 promax ss. That is a 2.5 that turns almost 7 grand. The motor is entirely stock including oil injection. I run with Rich regularly and all numbers are real.

Last Sat (12/20) I ran 90.3 with a 28" Ron Hill @ 6700 rpms . Tried a 30" Mazco and ran 89.4 2 6100 rpms . I have a 6' manual plate and the 150 ProMax SS has 2" of setback built in . I run 1/2" above the pad (the top portion of the concave pad). This is 7/8" above bottom of the concave portion . The boat , motor , driver weighs 1630 lbs . These numbers are at sea level and 40 to 50 degrees air temperature . The motors run great this time of year . During the hot humid summer I run 88s and 89s . I have spun this motor @ 7000 rpms and not hit the limiter . I love ProMaxes (ProMax i ?)
On Sat we had 4 boats parked at the ramp . We took turns making passes , swapping props , swapping gear cases , and changing prop heights . It's great this time of year , no wakes or "no wake zones" to contend with ! We try to get out weekly .

Anybody over 126 MPH must validate their vote with boat and set up. I will go first at 134 MPH 2.5 350 HP MOD-U Lee Craft. I know there out there but I know there are a bunch of fibers too. It would be fun too see who these 126 – 135 boats are.
