77 Hydra-Sports Hydra-Flight 170 rebuild/mod
The boat has been sitting since 2005 when hurricane Katrina came through. Notice the trees growing.
I picked it up from my parents' old house last Sunday and began cleaning it out.
Katrina mud
Wood was a muddy paste. After some grinding, its almost ready to go in the shed. To be continued...Stringers, transom, and cap modification .

77sports , Wow .you are off to a great start , deck pulled , etc , etc , and with that in mind ....you just might want to consider adding a little more support to the hull structurally ,along the transom , keel , & chime , etc , etc to keep the original configuration ( shape ) of the hull or everything straight with less work in the long run .......

O G, thanks for the reply. I leveled and blocked it up before I started repairs. My dad started hacking away at it back in early '04, so most of the deconstruction was already done on the trailer before I started working on it. I would have liked to had it in my shed on a jig before removing any of the original stringers, braces, ect., but it wasn't possible this go-around.
