Cool Marine Machines on Hulu Now! (Helmut, Tony Brucato, Jay Smith, Myself, Ronnie)

Some of you may remember that back in 2005 a bunch of us met on a Georgia lake to shoot an episode of Marine Machines. You will recognize some familiar boats there - Helmut's STV, Norris' STV, Tony's Hydra-Sports, Ronnie's Viper, and Mike Bates' DR-20. There is some footage there that I shot in New York back in 2004 as well. The Long Islanders will recognize the Great South Bay. I look and sound like a nerd. . They wanted me to come up with one-liners off the top of my head and it's kind of silly sounding, but it was fun.

But you look and sound like a nerd on national TV... I'd still call that a win.

Oh man, isn't that horrible? I think it's more of a turbine sound - it sounds like they dubbed hydroplane sounds over it. Awful, but I guess it was necessary due to wind noise. I don't remember the camera guys using external mics placed inside the boat, away from the wind.
