Found an 87 I/O 210 on E-Bay, not an O/B boat, but nice anyway.
Shawn, I think yours is the only other O/B 210 I have seen! Found a few, but they are all I/O power.
This one is nice............. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Power...item43af32c75d

Wow guys, that CA 210 Sport on ebay is awesome. Looks in as good shape as my 1990 Velocity. That would be a nice "classic" ride for somebody.

That's a sharp boat. Kinda funny y'all all have the same colors. I looked forever to find another 184SS like mine and came up with nothing. Then one day they started popping up. Now I've found 10 or so that looked like it.

Can someone please take some pics of the rear bench seat & upload em on here for me.. The back seat in my boat was completely broke when I bought it & I'd like to know where the hinges were located at & how it opened/ flipped up.. Rebuilding the backseat now but need ideas of how the bench itself was actually in there & opened.
Thanks
shawn

Dirty,
Have you tried playing with the engine height? It looks low in this picture (might just be the picture)! What speeds are you seeing? What prop are you running?
I was thinking of raising my 200 Merc up to the next hole...I have yet to measure the distance from the hydrofoil to bottom of hull!
By the way, these are all awesome Baja's!!! I have a 1982 metaflake red BR 184...with a Mariner/Mercury blackmax 200.Last edited by goingcamping; 05-20-2012 at 07:34 PM.

Boats painted. Interiors all brand new top to bottom, new carpet, full Kenwood stereo, Limo tinted the windsheild.. Re teaked all the wood.. New spargi steering wheel.. Hung a supercharged 250 on it in the middle of May.. Took a break from it since then due to a family member becoming quite sick.. Well, I'm getting back to it & still haven't taken it out yet because its not done!!.. Any thoughts on the motor maybe being to big? I've been looking at it for 2 months now & keep asking myself did I overkill/ overweight this boat? Any thoughts/ opinions are appreciated. Capacity tag says "suggested 200hp max" but I see boats on here w/ 225hp's all the time.

That boat is sweet! If what the other posters are saying about stern weight is true, you probably did the best thing you could for CG on that hull. Did you mount your battery(s) and power steering at the transom? Hope to see you on the water this summer. Love the dark windshield. Nice work, persistence looks to be paying off! Is that digital gauge a slip calculator, or is it some kind of SmartCraft interface? A SmartCraft interface is probably something you would like for fuel mileage and engine information. There is a round one that tells the basics, up to the new VesselView7 which is touchscreen and configurable for custom gauge screens and a GPS.

Thanks! I gutted the whole boat top to bottom of every wire.. Re ran it all. I relocated the now two batteries to the very front of the boat along with the new hydraulic reservoir/ pump so all the hoses are tucked away nice & neat up front.. Added a master disconnect right next to the driver seat as well w/ a battery 1, 2.. 1&2 & all off so I can run the stereo without worry of killing both batteries. The smartcraft gauges I have are all digital.. I still have to put those in, but they are all plug & play. I hope to have it all buttoned up here in a week or two.

Have you had a chance to run it yet? Just curious why the batteries were moved up front as others have said the outboards had issues carry the bow?
