What height should I put the prop shaft below the pad.
1992 18 1/2 stratos Bass Boat with a 1992 150 Evinrude. Also what should the specs be on the drive shaft play up and down

Check out the bassboatcentral forums at www.bassboatcentral.com. You can get some great info there. It depends on what prop your running and if you have low water pickup. If you have no low water pickup then I would say based on what I have seen from 1"-3.5" below the pad. It all depends on weight, prop, water pickups etc.

no problem. When you first get to the home site on bass boat central. scroll down and look to the left side of the screen. it will say owners lists. scroll down until you find Stratos and click on it. Then look for your boat year and model and engine. This is where people list their setups.
