Are you talking about the 50' Mystic Turbine? If so, not sure what you mean by stock form?

Looks to be high 30's low 40's at best from the videos I have seen-may be wrong, prices have come waaaay down. Decent RTR and plenty of bang for the buck for something to play around with.
BUT- Not as fast as this -from open water today at the WinterNationals in sunny Fla ...... Twin Rigger- enjoy.
