Great looking boat!! I had a mid and PH that were stuck (salt) horribly. What ended up working for us was using two engine hoists, 1 ton each, facing each other with the legs crossing each other. One will be on each side of the motor, left and right, with the legs crossed under the mid. We put a large metal bar under all four legs of the cranes and ran a chain from that metal to the bottom of the mid, attached to the studs on the bottom of the mid. Attach both hooks to the lifting ring and put pressure on it. Let it sit overnight and put more pressure on the next day while heating around the studs. Repeat as much as necessary. Mine was bad but when it finally came apart, it exploded apart, but with no real damage. Good luck!

Yes Eric I did it myself. Made the mold out of plexiglass like we talked (I have pics but was to lazy to start a tread like you did on full resto) And dash as well. The only thing I paid for where 2 bucket seats and paid a guy to shoot gel. Since he knew he wouldn't sand he sprayed so thick and orange peel looked like fricking mountains. So instead starting with 320 at some parts I had to use 120 grit

finished her saturday. Took her her out today and run great for 1 mile then 2 beeps and powers down and shots down. Long story short water in gas. The funny thing is I draind all old gas in my garage went to local gas station next to my house. Run the boat on hose for several min everything was fine so this morning drove all the way to fox lake and put more gas at local gas station (watered one)Here is a pic how I was going back to marina

Ok no prob., would you know what the original weight of the boat was? (Unrigged). I can't seem to find any specs or mfg info, location of factory etc., so if you anything of the back story to Rally Sport I would much appreciate! Nice job on that re-do btw, I envy the new owner!
