ODBA Green Stock - Jasper, TN Oct 8-9

I posted this a week or 2 ago in the general discussion but I thought it might get more attention here.

Is anyone planning on coming to Jasper, TN for the ODBA World Championships this year to run the Green Stock class?? We have never ran this particular class but would like to bring a boat and have fun trying it out if enough boats show to make a class. Just trying to spread the word and maybe spark a little interest before we change the setup on the boat and start testing, plus it's about a 12 hour tow up there for us so I wouldn't want to pull it up there for nothing. I talked with an ODBA official and he said that nobody has shown up so far this year, but if a few boats show they will run the class.


Class Rules
Green Stock (Pro Series)
( EPA Emissions Compliant)
1. Boats: Any Production Hull 17ft Min.
2. Nose cones/low water pick-ups allowed.
3. Must be STOCK/UNTOUCHED Green motors only, with the exception of rule 2 and 6.
4. Pump gas is allowed with no additives. No additives allowed in oil.
5. Stock Rev limiters will be enforced.
6. Exhaust relief allowed on gear case only. Mercury 15” 200XS may remove exhaust restrictor plate from mid section.
Weights are as follows:
1. 350 HP - 1900
2. 300 HP - 1775
3. 275 HP - 1710
4. 250 HP - 1650
5. 225 HP - 1585
6. 200 HP - 1485
7. 175 HP - 1465
8. 150 HP - 1400

sorry for the newby question, but is the weight including the driver or not?
