loosing all my speed
Ok so I finally got the little boat up and running good, with trim this time. it takes off great and i can trim up to a certain point when the nose starts coming up and feels like its getting faster and its about to take off but then all of a sudden it blows out and loose the speed i had. like maybe i am loosing my packed air or something. How can i fix this? maybe too much weight in the back and add some in front because there is not much up front only the battery, six gal fuel tank in back with 40hp motor. Any ideas??

Drop your motor height a little. It will give more leverage to keep the bow lifted. You may also need more setback, it will act the same with more lever effect.
Don't move any weight up front or it will get worse. if you have a prop with a lot of cup it will try to raise the stern as well. A round ear with nice rake should lift the bow nice. The Reverend, (Cedar Machine Service on Facebook)

Ok won't move any weight forward thanks. It's still got the factory 17 pitch prop still trying to decide what to put on no one here has any props for me to try out. I sure hope it has plenty of setback I just got this jackplate with trim because this is what my mechanic said to get. (he races I guess bracket races all over with his Allison boat). Thanks for the tip.
