Suggestions for setup on 17' Action Marine

Looking for advice on setting up a barebones 17' Action Marine. All fiberglass has been repaired and first thing I'm going to do is paint it. This boat has nothing (power, trailer, gauges, etc) so I'm looking for advice on what would be the best, but economical way to set this thing up. This is a part-time project, so I can't spend a ton of $$ on fancy stuff. Looking for advice on steering, gauges, motor, props, cushions/seats, batteries, just about everything. I'm hoping I can find a motor to get me up to about 85-90mph (maybe a 225hp) but not something too expensive. Doesn't have to be brand new, but has to be in pretty good shape. I like the Livorsi Carbon Fiber monster gauges. Any advice is welcome, thx.

For the gauges check egauges.com, I went with Autometer PorComp marine carbon gauges and there pretty nice. The rest will all be what you can afford.
