My customer's NEW 2012 Hydro Stream Venom
Customer came by today for some engine work and had a new 2012 RED and BLACK Hydro Stream Venom...
There ain't many hulls that I'm "taken" with but this thing was strikingly beautiful...While working on the motor I couldn't take my eyes the hull...Great looking gel work, attention to detail , and layout was IMO top notch...

Just installed the EGT probes , motor work will come after season ( 15"- 280- thin shaft sporty- today had a 28 Lightening ET attached )
One of these days I'm gonna have to take a break on these motors and take a computer class...

Who is building the Venoms these days? I know PK was building them, but I thought I had seen here where they bellied up. Hope I'm wrong on that.

Chub Byrant has the molds and building them out in his stroker plant in tennessee. From what i was told P.K. Marine is out of business.

Yep, Chub is building them now along with Stroker. Jay, your customer was up in Maryville for a while with Chub going over all the details. I heard the rig turned out great !!! Mid 90's on the initial shake down run in the river.........
