Electric R/C boat
My old R/C boat that I play with at the island finally lost its last legs this weekend. I want to get into something a little fast but more reliable then anything. Its main use will be jumping small wakes and driving under pontoon boats
All of the department store crap is way to slow. Not interested in a gas job. Any advice on a entry level Electric R/C boat would be great. Thanks83 Checkmate Predictor/Xr2

I have an original Traxxas Villain IV. I run a EVX2 monster truck speed controller and a 5000 mAh LiPo battery, but otherwise bone-stock. It's not super fast, but it's fairly reliable. It's nearly impossible to flip it or swamp it from jumping wakes, but I have blown it over a few times in the rough stuff while running into a headwind.
