#'s on the NEW BULLET 21SS ???
Im not sure if this is where i should post this thread but does anyone have any speed #s on the new BULLET 21SS? Sales rep said it should run mid 90s with 250xs. I drove one the other day with a 250 pro xs and it run really flat. Almost no bow lift. They didnt have a gps or speedo on it but it didnt feel like it was runnin maybe some mid 70s. Its hard to tell. Maybe the 4 blade trophy prop wasnt tuned fore that boat? Maybe prop needed some bow lift put in it? I know it needed a sportmaster lower unit too. Felt like it was liftin the hole boat and if u trimed it much it would start barrel rollin.

From what I understand Bullet has limited tha information and pictures put up on tha internet due to some of tha dealers complaining (sound familiar). Just a rumor I heard that kinda stands ta reason for tha NON-INFORMATON on tha net. Not enough owners out there yet to put anything up privately..........Think Paul has a few pictures up of one but no numbers yet that I've seen or heard.

I would say the rep is full of it,but I don't know, since a 20' will only run mid 90's with a 260, even, with a Hoss. However your post is kind of silly since you have know idea how fast you were going!

Thanks for all the help. Ill check BBM.
Not sure why Askin for info is silly? Thought that's what these forums where for. I figured the rep would have a gps to backup what he was trying to tell. Sounded lil far fetched to me too.

Yes, it will probably run close to those numbers. Pad V's will carry a load better. Check over on Fastbass lots of real fast fish'n boats. You can really get some good info over there. Fastbass is a haven for Bullets, Allisons, Strokers and the like........

Fast boats
i own a Bullet have since 1995 have had a couple of Allys one with a bad azz 260 on it but could not drive them so i got rid of them before i killed myselfi have found in my 17 years of owning this bullet with SEVERAL motor/lower unit combos on it that quite a few of the fishing boats with faster then the speed of lite claims ( not all now ) usually could not figure out where the guy went with the properly set up rig with not quite as big a mota went !!!!!!

The new 21ss will run in the 90's with a 225 pro xs and a sporty. Bullet made some upgrades to the bottom with this model. There is little info out so far about this model as the factory has only built a few and is still making a few minor changes. Call Paul Nichols he is the man that does all the testing for Bullet and is a also a dealer. (423)451-0125
