Mr Clean Magic Eraser
Well, thanks to this site I can stop buying a ton of products that don't work...I used Starbrite vinyl cleaner on my pontoon boat on Saturday to clean heavy mold off the seats...It wasn't easy but after the second cushion we went to Walmart down the street from storage and tried this product...WOW is all I can say...To all that remarked how good they are I am here to tell you the same...We went over the cushions with the eraser and they got even cleaner then they were...no bleach, no smell...how does it work...save you money on the caustic cleaners and buy this product...you will never go back to anything else..Thanks to all that posted about this great product that works on everything....

They do work really well but I would still mix up a water/bleach solution and spray then wipe the seats to help kill or at least slow the mold down.

They do work well, I just tried them today. I did use some diluted bleach also on some tough spots.

They're great on seat vinyl. I have original interior from 1989, and this is all I use on it. Use lots of water, use light pressure and LOTS of short, brisk back and forth strokes (rather than long, wiping strokes...) every time the eraser changes direction, it removes the stains.
Be sure to buff with a dry towel afterward to restore the surface shine.'89 Hydrostream Vegas XT, '90 Merc 2.4 Bridgeport PCU EFI

Just be sure to re apply some protectant, (I like the 303 stuff) The eraser takes ALL the gunk off the seats.... Really good product...

Magic Erasers work great but be careful on your vinyl, it can actually damage it.

It's like a VERY light wet sand.

That's why it's important to keep it super-wet, and don't run too hard.
