Light wheel and simple velocity stack

These parts with the cowl add 30 hp and 30 ft/lb of tq to a di 300...of course a remapped ecu.

At what speed does that vortex start to appear? There seems to be little water near intake until the boat gets some good speed up. I don't believe I'm traveling quick enough to create that vortex with mine. The other thing is the amount of air flow the hull allows to travel back and the direction the air hits the cowl from could all contribute. My engine is quite protected (compared to other hull shapes) from alot of the front on wind velocity. Will try and get a picture up of the rig.The only problem with adding another vent at front or top is when we spear a wave in bigger seas (it happens alot) the engine cops a big heap of water on the cowl.

I sure did. A guy out here by me. He's got the design in his computer and I'm sure he'd be glad to make you a set and ship them to you. He's really cheap too, I think all 4 we're about $40 total.

Yes, the quality equals the factory decals. Call Chris at Rub It Enterprises (925) 455-4005 and tell him you want a set of Mercury engine decals like the ones he just did for Dale Rayzor. He'll email you proofs of the colors you want and when you finalize them he'll make them and mail them to you.
