Ahhhh, Canadian not you are??
Eh??
I'm the black sheep bastard brother adoptive son of uh, who ever will claim me up North
Seriouslly, you guys all rock and welcome to all the Canadian new comers to the board!!
Have been to Rice Lake once and had great fun running and meeting a bunch of you. Also got to meet a bunch of you guys at the "US vs Canada Drinking Contest" aka the Rumble on the River.
Oh yeah, US won
My finace and I get across Lake Erie to the Canadian shore of Leamington as often as possible and the Canadian isaland of Pelee if we don't get all the way across.
Grew up in the 70's with my partents taking 3 week vacations every year going up into Georgian Bay area by boat.
God's country, and great people!
Welcome again to all.
GaryI'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

The only reason US won was that we were on Canadian beer, and you were on American WATER!.
When are you coming up here again? He who laughs last, thinks slowest.

A. The US didn't even have to use their "wringer" to beat you guys. BTW, that's me
B. As soon as you give Donna and I a place to stay and a sled to borrow

Beer Drinker ?
If Gary's that impressive at drinking any kind of beer, I say we make him an honourary Canadian. How do you feel about British-style spelling, evening news that's 25% hockey, borderline retarded politicians, and high taxes ?

"(actually, forget the borderline part)"------- glad you added that.
Gary you are welcome anytime, but there is a hazing process.

Matt and RT
Matt, only difference here is 50% sports involving games using balls played by over paid spoiled punks and race cars going in circles
RT, Hazing? Now I'm skeered!
Figure that is watching videos of fast Mercurys and pictures of naked Canadian women that don't shave!!I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

PBCC Information
French Phil,
If you, or anyone else, would like to become a PBCC member (this is what you must do receive newsletters), send me an e-mail @ ted. biglow@nike.com and I will coordinate it for you. We think you'll enjoy the newsletter and membership!
The club is currently planning its 2004 year after a transitional year in 2003 when several volunteer changes happened all at once. 2004 is shaping up to be a great year for the club!
Checkmate Chris,
The club is currently working on regaining control of its website (pbcc.ca). Unfortunately, those volunteers organizing the site have met some challenges of their own that have not permitted them to attend to the website. The club is trying to get the site up and running again, but it's a little like giving your car keys to a girl you met at the bar because she was cute, only to find she's left with it and without you! When we get our car back, we'll let you know!
For anyone interested, the PBCC booth at the Toronto International Boat Show will be in the same place as it was last year. Booth # is G868 and is located in the northeastern most corner of the Industry Building. The club will be located directly across the aisle from the Tuff 1 exhibit (they'll be in booth G864).
Come on down!
