I am pretty sure there will be pics when it arrives not to worry!
When I was calling around myself prices were around 2K and up, but that was pretty much for it being a 'primary" load. What I really needed to find was someone coming back empty or with a low load that the hull could be strapped on top of. Then it becomes how much fuel cash the driver wants to put in his pocket. Even if it costs me $1000 that basically cuts directly off fuel costs and ends up (hopefully) in a happy drivers pocket.
The best deals so far have been between $1000-1200 and Eagle's own 'godess' Janet have found those for me(she has made this whole cross country transaction so simple). Regretfully they have yet to have a load get scheduled. As soon as they do it will be here unless I find something cheaper in the meantime.
If anyone knows of anyone by all means let me know.
I'm going to try to post pics of my trailer soon. The new job is getting super busy already so I should have the boat paid off quick and then its rollcage, headers and all the other little winter projects in my head......
Cheers

I am sure some of you Canadians know Matt Green. I sold him a blue v21 triad a few years ago. I came across some important windsheild hardware, that I need tonget to him, while cleaning out my shop today. I also found original seat material from Triad that I am going to put up for sale if he is not interested. His # had changed. Can someone help get me in touch with him? Thanks for any help.

March 1987 to be exact.
I drove the very first one built. I owned HASTINGS MARINE at the time and Jim Tucker brought hull #1 to us and we put a 3-cylinder Merc 60hp on it. Jim had a really good 3-blade prop from Mercury. If I remember steering was over on starboard side and I had to sit down the centreline. Mid March so both water and air were quite cold so had to be carefull. I had it up on the pad and was probably running pretty close to 60mph. A week later we took it to the Toronto Spring Boat Show at The International Centre near the Toronto airport.

I bought the V21 from the original owner. He had a blue original from Triad the broke in the middle and a new clear replacment from Triad that I sent with the boat. The hardware is hidden fasteners that insert from the bottom of the dash. They are a stainless setup with locknuts. I have a picture....
